• Define credit amount for different system actions
• User title (rank) will be automatically updated according to amount of credit earned by performing various actions
• Define medal name and medal image
• Upload your own medal images
• Admin and Project manager can give user medals
• Admin and Project manager can override user’s credit earned
This module currently supports the following credit-affecting actions
1. Create ticket: user who created the ticket will get credit
2. Reply ticket: user who replied the ticket will get credit
3. Complete ticket: assignees of the ticket will get credit
4. Create discussion: user who created the discussion thread will get credit
5. Reply discussion: user who replied the discussion will get credit
6. Create milestone: user who created the milestone will get credit
7. Complete milestone: assignees of the milestone will get credit
8. Upload file: user who uploaded the file will get credit
